These characters we have ruling over our
contraption have just passed their death warrants without probably
realizing it. It will be interesting if the House of representative
follows suit and Jonathan assents thereto.
By the definition accorded
to ‘act of terrorist’ under Section 1 subsection 2 (a), (b)ii, (b)iii
and (b)iv of the Terrorism (Prevention) Act 2011, the majority of
characters parading themselves as elected representatives of the people,
be they at the various State legislative houses or National Assembly or
Executive positions, qualify as Terrorists and are thus deserving of
death upon being found guilty.
The sections provide as follows:
1(2) In this section. "act of terrorism" means an act which is deliberately done with malice, aforethought and which:
(a) may seriously harm or damage a country or an international
organization;
{b}is intended or can reasonably be regarded as having been
intended to –
(ii) seriously intimidate a population,
(iii) seriously destabilize or destroy the fundamental
political, constitutional, economic or social structures
of a country or an international organization, or
(iv) otherwise influence such government or international
organization by intimidation or coercion.
One does not really need to be a legal luminary to realize that the large-scale corrupt practices of our klptocrats-in-power which exposes the population to harrowing suffering, serves to intimide the citizenry, destroys the fundamentals of our societal fabric and obviates government and peoples policies and will, quite easily meets the basic ingredients to sustain a charge of 'terrorism' as contained in the new bill passed by our 'dearly beloved' Senate.
I do not really subscribe to the death penalty, not even for terrorists
in power. But if that is what our rulers want for themselves…..
Some will think I have leaked a secret, but there are plenty of 'minefields' which will be applied to check rascality in high places when
appropriate
