One really wonders what was on Oby Ezekwesili’s mind when
she was reeling out her accusations against the Yar’Adua/Jonathan
administration.
Did Ms. Oby Ezekwesili expect Nigerians to believe that
Obasanjo and his gang of 40 thieves with whom he ruined Nigeria would have left
behind the sum of U.S.$67 Billion whilst departing from office? Did Ms. Oby
Ezekwesili expect Nigerians to jump up and applaud her for exposing the
monumental graft going on in the name of rulership in Nigeria? These people
actually hold Nigerians in absolute contempt!
The only reason why Obasanjo would have left a dime behind
as he was being forced out of office despite his treasonable plans of
manipulating the Nigerian constitution to elongate his stay in office, was
because he believed he was leaving behind his stooges, who he would have kept
on controlling, after his exit from office. Now that the ‘stooges’ have failed
to be ‘stooges’, could this be one more kite to hoodwink the populace!
Oby, thanks for the revelations. With the position you
held at the World Bank, you must have been privy to facts surrounding such
monumental fleece. Make the documents establishing the robbery charge
(definitely, the sum mentioned as misappropriated deserves the death penalty,
if true) against the Yar’Adua/Jonathan administration publicly available, then,
and only then, shall we believe you.
Otherwise, give us a break.
